Thank you for using our web application solanys.ai.
Luckiwi Consulting (solanys.ai) is a collaborative and intuitive platform that offers you, individually or with your teams, many services to help you:
- plan and follow the progress of your work and projects instantly
- improve your productivity
- make your work organization easier
Before accessing or using our platform, please read carefully these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service are the legal agreement between You (an individual or people on behalf of their organization such as a company, association or government) and Luckiwi Consulting (entity who owns and provides solanys.ai services).
These Terms of Service aim to govern your use of the free (during the trial) and paid services and to describe your rights and duties as a customer and/or user of our platform. A non-respect of any of these Terms may terminate the contract.
These Terms are applicable starting from the first day you visit, access or use our platform. By accessing or using our platform, you agree with these Terms and accept to respect them.
Note: these Terms don't need to be signed in order to be binding.
If you don't agree with these Terms, we respect your decision and we invite you to simply not use or access our web application or any of our services, neither interact with us.

1. About our service offerings
We, solanys.ai, offer different paid versions to our users.
For our paid version, our users can access a larger panel of tools and features when they subscribe monthly or annually to our service. Moreover, their subscription can enable them several advantages such as being able to try out our new tools in advance.
We also enable visitors who visit our web application to try for free during 10 days our paid version.
We reserve all the rights at any time and at our own discretion to update (add/modify), or stop temporarily or permanently our service for a maintenance reason or for any other reason with or without further notice.
The Service that we provide is "AS IS", and we are not liable to you or to any third-party for any update, temporary or permanent suspension of the service.
Please note that we don't have any obligation to you or to any third-party to take into account your feedback or suggestions to improve our service.
If we consider that certain communication from LUCKiwi or advertisements may be necessary to facilitate your access or use of our service, please note that you can't opt out of receiving them.
You are responsible for obtaining access to our service, which may involve equipment and third-party fees (such as fees for your Internet service provider).
2. About access and use of our service
In order to access or use our service, you have to provide certain information about yourself. This information concerns your username, email address and password.
You agree that we may ask and collect some of your personal data as mentioned above; this information is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at our Privacy Policy page.
You are responsible for making sure that your password is kept confidential and secure, and that you log out from your account at the end of each use.
You are also responsible for your account and all activities that are linked to it, and LUCKiwi isn't and will not be responsible for any damages that may occur if you don't comply with our Terms.
We consider that any communication we receive under your username, email address or any information that refers to you is from you. Therefore, make sure to immediately inform us if you notice any unauthorized access or use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
We reserve all rights to terminate an account if we notice that the account is registered not by humans, but by any automated methods such as bots.
You may not use our service offerings for any illegal aims or unauthorized objectives.
By using our service, you shall not submit, create or modify any content that contains sensitive data that is protected under a special legislation and requires a unique treatment, including special categories of personal data enumerated in European Union GDPR: Article 9 or any similar legislation or regulation in other jurisdictions.
You don't have the right to submit, create or modify any sensitive data about patient information, medical or other protected health information regulated by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), or any similar legislation in other jurisdictions.
You are also not allowed to use our service for any data that contains violence, weapons, nudity or any unlawful topic or image.
In case of non-compliance with these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate the account in question.
We offer the possibility to our users to administrate their projects: they can create, modify or delete their projects and assign the administrator role to other users from their team.

3. About your content
Our service offers you the possibility to manage your projects and to organize your work easily and instantly. For this purpose, you are free to add and modify data about your projects.
All your content that you create while using our services will remain yours. However, by accepting these Terms and using our service, you grant us rights and authorize our third-party service providers such as Amazon Web Services to copy, store and save your data if necessary in order to be capable of providing our service to you, to display your content to you and to your teammates as expected, and to make backups if needed.
Your content may be copied or stored in servers that are based in your country or in another country than where you live or where you use our service.
We (Luckiwi Consulting) and our service providers will not sell, lease, rent or distribute your content that is created in our software. This clause is true for all kinds of users (visitors and users of our paid versions).
4. About billing and payment
If you choose to purchase our service offered by solanys.ai, you accept a monthly or annual subscription and you agree that our company invoices the subscription through direct debit.
Our prices may change at any time. In that case, we will update our pricing page and inform you about the changes through our website or through other communication channels.
If our prices change during the year of your subscription, you will be concerned by this change from the following year. For more information, contact us at support@luckiwi.com.
Your subscription will be automatically renewed for a period equivalent to your initial subscription, unless you inform us one month in advance about your wish to terminate the contract by contacting us at support@luckiwi.com or in case we end your account.
You can cancel your subscription whenever you want. In that case, you inform us by email at support@luckiwi.com, then we (Luckiwi Consulting) will stop the contract.
Keep in mind that we will not refund you or credit any amounts that have already been paid.
By using our Service, you agree that, if for any reason within your control, we are not able to collect our fees owed for our services when due, we reserve the right to suspend temporarily or permanently your account, unless you pay what you owe us, including costs and expenses involved because of the stop of payment.
By subscribing to our service, you agree that you are responsible for taxes and accept that we charge you for all taxes that are required by law.
5. About rights
Our website and all associated services are the property of our company (Luckiwi Consulting), and are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws and treaties.
By using our service, you agree that solanys.ai may indicate that you are our customer by displaying your business name and logo in our various marketing materials such as our website or other public communication channels.
If you don't want your name to be indicated in our marketing materials, please let us know by contacting us at support@luckiwi.com.
When you use our service, please be aware that your account is personal and should only be used by you for reasons related to your personal and/or professional projects. Your account should not be used for competitive reasons with our site www.solanys.ai.
By using our service, you are not allowed to rent, lease or sell our service or your account to anyone, nor to copy, reproduce, transmit or modify our content such as our tools, codes, marketing communication or anything that belongs particularly to www.solanys.ai and in general to our company Luckiwi Consulting, in order to compete with us or to damage our image in the market.
If we notice that you don't respect this clause, we reserve the right to terminate your access and to close your account, without providing any refunds, and we may take legal actions and ask for compensation.
We, Luckiwi Consulting, do our best to offer you the best customer experience and allow you to facilitate your daily work. However, by using our service, you agree that www.solanys.ai is not and will not be responsible for any partial or total loss of your data, content or results, whatever the reason is (internal to us or external causes such as security problems or cyberattacks).
In case of a dispute, complaint, misunderstanding or disagreement, please contact us at support@luckiwi.com.
We and you will do our best to find a solution that will satisfy everyone (we – Luckiwi Consulting – and you – the customer) within 60 days starting from the first day you contact us. Recourse to justice is the last step, if no solution can be found between us.
As mentioned above, you can terminate your account whenever you wish. As soon as our services receive your request, we will stop your access to your account and, if you are an individual, all your data and content will be definitely deleted from our production and backup databases, and we will no longer be able to recover them for you. If you have subscribed to our Service through your organization (company, association or government), the decision to cancel your account and to delete your data and content remains under the responsibility of your organization.
We reserve all rights to suspend temporarily or permanently your account if we notice that you abuse the use of our service and that your usage causes problems to the performance of the service or disrupts other users.
Please note that our software is intended for normal use, and before suspending your account, we will try to reach you unless your use of our service has a negative impact on the performance of another user. In this case, we may make your account inaccessible without contacting you.
